Welcome... mid 40's...
So today is my birthday (and this pic looked sorta "birthdayish" ;-) or maybe I look too serious for someone MY age or wait maybe I'm SUPPOSED to be serious at my age)
... I am 44 years old today and was just recently informed by one of my "dearest, closest, bestest(is that a word??) friends" (did I get that right Eileen??) that I am now OFFICIALLY in my MID 40's! Really?? Already?? Can this be true?? And how long does this last?? And when will I be in my LATE 40's?? And why did EARLY 40's seem so short?? Too many questions for someone MY age.. So whatever the h*ll I am, I'm gonna rock today... Do some of the usual.. Get my boys ready for school, groom a dog, oh and clean out some cabinets! Yup, that's how I roll... and maybe, just MAYBE I'll be single in a few days!

ReplyDeleteThe mid 40's are nothing! Wait until everyone welcomes you to the "club" at 60! Jeez, I didn't even know there was a club!! And besides I really don't want to belong to that one.. But what is neat, is you are kind of like me, your kids will keep you ageless..having the boys a little later, like me and Michaela, will help keep you relevant and "cool"! I still love things some friends who are grandmas now forgot a long time ago! Happy belated again!! Love You!
